We are focused on reducing the teeming youth unemployment in Nigeria by creating opportunities that nurture young graduates into conscientious business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Riding on our aligned objectives, Parthian Partners Limited partnered with Junior Achievement Nigeria in 2021 to impact the lives of close to 100 Nigerians through the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) for outstanding graduates of the National Youth Service Corps. The program which took place at the prestigious Lagos Business school was centered around grooming the participants the program to become conscientious leaders in business, government, education, and social enterprise.
Participants of ViMP graduate from the week-long training with the confidence to pursue the careers of their choice and not just accept the first job to come along, as well as the opportunity to start their own business ventures with sound ethical values and financial background.
Smart Money Skills for Tomorrow Project (SMSTP)

The Parthian Smart Money Skills for Tomorrow (SMSTP) Project kicked off in 2024 with the aim to equip secondary school students with vital financial skills, including money management, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking. Through this programme, Parthian Partners seeks to contribute to nurturing a new generation of innovative leaders and catalysts for economic growth, paving the way for a brighter and more prosperous future.
Nigeria’s human capital—referring to the skills and knowledge of its workforce—remains underdeveloped. According to Wikipedia, Nigeria ranked 161 out of 189 countries in the United Nations Development Index in 2019, underscoring the urgent need for youth-focused investment. Empowering young minds with financial literacy not only strengthens a key segment of our future workforce but also fosters the next generation of leaders poised to drive economic growth and create transformative change.
