Unlocking Potentials
We are focused on reducing the teeming youth unemployment in Nigeria by creating opportunities that nurture young graduates into conscientious business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Riding on our aligned objectives, Parthian Partners Limited partnered with Junior Achievement Nigeria in 2021 to impact the lives of close to 100 Nigerians through the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) for outstanding graduates of the National Youth Service Corps. The program which took place at the prestigious Lagos Business school was centered around grooming the participants the program to become conscientious leaders in business, government, education, and social enterprise.
Participants of ViMP graduate from the week-long training with the confidence to pursue the careers of their choice and not just accept the first job to come along, as well as the opportunity to start their own business ventures with sound ethical values and financial background.
Financial Literacy CSR Drive
Kitting Young Minds for a Financially Secure Future
In 2024, we launched an initiative to kit underprivileged students with the tools needed for a financially secure future.
This was fueled by our passion for empowering young people, especially from disadvantaged communities with the necessary tools needed to prepare for a secure future, full of opportunities, mostly in the area of finance.
For this CSR, our in-house financial experts equipped the students with mind opening sessions on investment, savings, personal finance, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving. We specially prepared these modules because we believe they will shape the minds of the students to become leaders.
To inspire this next generation of leaders, we partnered with two authors to provide students with copies of “Money Matters” and “Unleash Your Superpowers.” These books will empower students with the knowledge and tools they need to solve problems in society at an early stage in life and will serve a stepping stone for them as they grow older.
As we continue our mission to empower young people, we plan to expand our impact next year and years to come.
