Mr. Bismarck Rewane has held key roles in various institutions, including International Merchant Bank Nigeria, First National Bank of Chicago, and Barclays Bank. An Associate of the Institute of Bankers (England & Wales), he has served on several boards, such as Guinness Nigeria Plc, NLNG Prize Award Foundation, and Fidelity Bank Plc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan (1972) and is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Financial Derivatives Company Limited, and a non-executive director at Parthian Partners Limited.

Taiwo Oyedele

Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms

Taiwo Oyedele is a respected policymaker, economist, and reform advocate, serving as Chairman of Nigeria’s Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms. With over two decades of leadership experience, including as former Africa Tax Leader at PwC, he has worked with governments, multilateral institutions, and global corporations to advance fiscal governance, public finance, and economic transformation.
A Professor of Practice at Babcock University and global LinkedIn Top Voice, Taiwo has contributed to the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and the World Bank’s Doing Business reports. He has held leadership roles in ACCA Global, ICAN, CITN, and the NESG.
He is the Founder of Impact Africa Foundation and an alumnus of the London School of Economics, Yale University, and the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.

Olufemi Odukoya

Managing Director, Parthian Pensions Limited

Mr. Olufemi Odukoya is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning pensions, banking, insurance, and manufacturing. A Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIoD), he is widely respected for his excellence in strategy, governance, and people leadership.
Before joining Parthian Pensions Limited, he held key control roles while working with Hallmark Bank Plc, Crusader Insurance Plc and Kano Sugar Processing Nig Limited. He joined crusaderSterling Pensions Limited in year 2006, and held important roles as Executive Director, in charge of Business development, Executive Director responsible for Operations & IT. He is a graduate of business administration and has attended seminars and leadership training in various Organisations including the Lagos Business School.

Dr. Omagu Isa Emmanuel

Chief Strategy & Development Officer, Bank of Industry Limited (BOI)

Dr. Isa Emmanuel Omagu is the Chief Strategy & Development Officer and Divisional Head, Strategy, Policy & Research at the Bank of Industry Limited (BOI). With over 35 years of experience across banking, oil and gas, telecoms, and fintech, he brings deep expertise in deal structuring, strategy, and execution.

He previously served as General Manager & Divisional Head of Large Enterprises at BOI, and held senior leadership roles at Guaranty Trust Bank, Glo Mobile Ghana, and Unified Payment Services. He also founded and led multiple financial advisory and technology firms.

Dr. Omagu holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from Babcock University, an MBAfrom IESE Business School, and a Master of Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School, among other qualifications. He is a HCIB, CDFA, and member of the Chartered Institute of Directors.

An alumnus and Governing Council member of Lagos Business School, Dr. Omagu is recognized for his leadership in strategy, financial innovation, and enterprise development across Africa.

Oluseye Olusoga

Group Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer
Parthian Partners Limited

Oluseye Olusoga is the Group Managing Director and CEO of Parthian Partners, and a leading voice in the evolution of Nigeria’s financial services industry. He pioneered Nigeria’s foremost indigenous inter-dealer brokerage firm and has since built the Parthian ecosystem - spanning Parthian Partners, Parthian Securities, Parthian Capital, Parthian Technologies, and Parthian Pensions - into a comprehensive financial services group.

Trained originally as an electronic engineer, Olusoga brings a problem-solving mindset and systemic innovation to finance. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, London, in the Debt Capital Markets division, before moving to Citibank where he traded commodities, FX rates, and credit, eventually rising to Head of European Credit Options and Index Trading.

His academic track is equally distinguished. He holds a First-Class degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey, a Master’s in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School, and a Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford University’s Said Business School. He also earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Administration from Columbia Business School. In addition, he is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and served as a member of the Capital Market Master Plan Committee.

Through his leadership, Olusoga continues to shape markets, foster innovation, and expand access within Nigeria’s financial system.

Ireti Samuel-Ogbu

Chairperson, Africa Finance Corporation

Ireti Samuel-Ogbu is a seasoned banking executive with over 36 years of global experience at Citibank across the UK, South Africa, and Nigeria. She became Chairperson of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) in April 2025 after serving as Managing Director and Citi Country Officer for Nigeria and Ghana, where she led institutional banking operations and steered the franchise through complex macroeconomic conditions.
She has served on the boards of Citibank Nigeria, CHAPS Clearing UK, and Opportunity International UK. Ireti holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
Her leadership has earned her multiple recognitions, including Financial Services Leader of the Year (2019) and Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (2022).
