An Associate of the Institute of Bankers (England & Wales), he has served on several boards, such as Guinness Nigeria Plc, NLNG Prize Award Foundation, and Fidelity Bank Plc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan (1972) and is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Financial Derivatives Company Limited, and a non-executive director at Parthian Partners Limited.

She was on the 50 Women in Management Africa (WIMA) 2022 Award list and made the list of 50 Inspiring Nigerian Women. She is an international speaker and an accredited IFC trainer.

Professor Olayinka David-West is an expert in business management and technology with extensive experience in IT and financial services. She leads the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services (SIDFS) initiative, focusing on financial inclusion in Nigeria. Her research explores the impact of technology on business models, strategy, and policy. An advocate for women in STEM, she holds advanced degrees in business and technology and serves on the governing council of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.

Dr. Benson Uwheru, FCIB, is a seasoned leader with over two decades of expertise in financial services and the energy sector. He has held senior roles at global firms, including Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), where he provided strategic counsel on financial performance and risk management. As Managing Director and CEO of Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED), he led a transformative restructuring. Currently, he serves as Group Executive/GCRO at Parthian Group, driving strategic initiatives across multiple sectors.

‘Yemi Sadiku, B.TECH, MBA, MCMI, ACSI, has over 25 years of experience in financial services, holding senior roles at institutions like Ecobank Securities, Afrinvest, Custodian and Allied Plc, AIICO Pension Managers, and Tangerine Group. He currently serves as ED at Parthian Group. Sadiku holds degrees in Microbiology and Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Sheffield, and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Programme. He has also worked with HSBC and Abbey National Bank in the UK.

Mr. Olufemi Shobanjo is the CEO of NGX Regulation Limited (NGX RegCo), with over 19 years in law, compliance, and financial markets. Previously, he led the Broker-Dealer Regulation Department at The Nigerian Stock Exchange, supervising over 250 stockbroking firms. His experience includes compliance roles at Anglo Irish Bank and HSBC in the UK. He holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham, an LLM from Cardiff Law School, and is a Lagos Business School alumnus, affiliated with several professional institutes.
