Parthian Partners, JA Nigeria partner to empower Fresh Graduates with Critical Career Skills

Parthian Partners, Nigeria’s premier interdealer brokerage firm has partnered with Junior Achievement Nigeria for the third consecutive year, to host the Venture in Management Program (ViMP), for the empowerment of young graduates.

The ViMP 2023 programme which kicked off on 11th September 2023, is an annual transformative programme that equips 100 Nigerian fresh graduates with entrepreneurial and work-readiness skills.

During the learning process, participants explore compelling case studies that mirror real-world business challenges that will enhance their critical thinking, and deepen their understanding of business ethics, marketing, finance, and strategy. The participants will be opportune to learn fundamental business management skills from world-class educators at Lagos Business School and experience special events such as an Alumni Mixer and Career Fair with leading professionals from the ViMP alumni community and other industry professionals.
